On occasion, Cornell units have the need for conferences, off-site meetings, business visits, and other travel that requires the use of a vehicle. For this purpose, the university has selected the following vendors as preferred suppliers for the rental of passenger vehicles. All corporate pricing includes both collision and liability insurances as required by Cornell Risk Management for all vehicle rentals. The contract is also available for personal use with applicable sales taxes added.
